Full service joint venture development is a turn key service.  Noah’s Ark Development can collaborate with the land owners, investors and Noah’s Ark Development to create the JV partnership.  Maverick Investments will detail the agreement contract and will register the resulting partnership with the appropriate governmental authorities.  At the completion of the project, the Certificate of Occupancy is obtained and the doors are ready to open. Maverick Investments is available to handle all contract documents and jurisdictional requirements and filings.
